Methodology Survey administration: February of 2016

Sampling strategy: schools were selected to generatestatistically representative state-level and county-levelestimates

Students surveyed in all 67 Florida counties

Final sample size was 65,776 across grades 6 through12

The margin of error is less than 1.0 percentage pointfor M.S. and H.S. prevalence rates

No response for more than 75% of the surveyquestions—1,100
