Introduction
What is PentaBank?
PentaBank makes use of “Multi Tasking” capability of windows, thus enabling
the user to open multiple screens simultaneously & to toggle between
different screens in the application. This enables user to handle a SB A/c
holder, a CA holder, a Deposit and many more simultaneously, “Customer
satisfaction” being the primary objective.
Any changes recommended by the Bank’s governing bodies can be
incorporated into PentaBank within no time through the flexible
parameterization built into the system. This ensures continuity of operations.
PentaBank has a facility to scan, store, retrieve and verify the signatures - so
no more manual scanning of the voluminous records.
PentaBank can also scan, store, and retrieve photographs of account holders.
Only the employees of the bank who are authorized to access the system are
allowed to login to the system
Separate Login-Id’s are provided to identify the persons operating on the system
Automatic disabling of Logins after the expiry date. The system administrator
can modify the expiry date.
The system allows changing the password for individuals through their own
logins. They need not approach system Administrator for password changing.
The system Administrator need not have the knowledge of the modification of
the individual’s password except at the time of the installation/Login creation.

can easily trace any entries made or modified.

Manual Organization
This User's Guide describes main PentaBank features, how to install the
system and use the various options. The System Reference provides a
complete technical description of the various features. The Appendices will
eventually contain reference information and summaries for quick use.
User's Guide
The first four chapters in the User's Guide section cover information
you need to learn to install and use the PentaBank system.
Chapter 1 presents an Introduction to PentaBank product.
Chapter 2 describes the Security features of PentaBank.
Chapter 3 presents information about the General Module, its
functions & use.
Chapter 4 describes the features and function of Cash module in
PentaBank
Chapter 5 presents information about Clearing module, its function
and use.
Chapter 6 describes information about Savings / Current module.
Chapter 7 presents information about Islamic Deposits module
