LinkedIn – has become a growth industry and a great network to communicate with customers
Twitter – 95 million tweets per day- 1.9 million users in Australia.

Mango Lounge Bar are looking to enhance itspresence across social media networks, reaching a large audience for the brand and the vision to:
• Increase fan engagement when communicating product releases, sales and news.• Drive social media platforms chosen by Mango Lounge Bar to the website, increasing traffic and brand awareness.• Create a strategic plan that will see Mango Lounge Bar be the leader in social media networks and ultimately grow sales.

Facebook Approach
To familiarize people with your company, Mango Lounge Bar need to create current engaging content across a number of platforms:
• We will create a strategic plan on a fortnightly basis to ensure the content we are sending/posting is current and engaging.• In partnership with the Marketing team, we create strategic posts/promotions to platforms allowing customers to relate and identify with the brand.
We will also run Facebook Ads to drive traffic:
• Identify key demographics and key interests, key words and competitor site targeting for greater awareness.• Target potential business with Facebook pages that have relevance for the product.• Create an ad schedule that will compliment any other form of advertising methods.

Facebook Approach
We will increase engagement on the social platforms in several ways, including:
• Posting engaging copy about the company, product or relevant information across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Responding to any comments positive or negative within 1 hour. (Note- we will always ask for guidance if unsure of the answer).• Hosting promotions Mango Lounge Bar want to focus on. E.g.- Run a competition uploaded and used in other forms of advertising.• Continually posting with links to drive traffic to website.• Create tabs designed via Mango Lounge Bar style guide to enforce the branding. E.g. – Twitter, Instagram and promotional tabs.
We will run and promote Sponsored Stories to reach more people and drivemore awareness of the brand.
• Use a specific sponsored story to increase the distribution of a Page post by featuring an image of a product and text.

We will increase engagement on this social platform in several ways, including:
• Twitter account gives your brand a different voice than other platforms, we can post and reply to all comments.• We will use the Twitter account and follow relevant people and companies to grow the followers ensuring the message is being seen by the target market.

Instagram Approach
Instagram has grown significantly, we see a collaboration between this and Facebook being used in creative ways.• Creating a specialized Mango Lounge Bar Facebook tab for the Instagram platform to run on. A great way to showcase the atmosphere of the bar.• We can also monitor Instagram activity and post relevant images.
