Online PDA Assessment
Feedback Session

Team Profile
The person receives a link to the online assessment. The assessment consists
of three questions, and should take between 10 to 20 minutes to complete.
The person receives a report via email after completion, and contacts us to set
up a feedback session.
The feedback session can be a face-to-face session or scheduled via an online
collaboration platform (like Skype or Zoom). We discuss the results of the
report.
The person decides if he or she would like to develop a particular behaviour.
Only one behaviour are worked on at a time over a period of six weeks. The
MyPDACoach online coaching system is ideal for the personal development
journey, and are supported with regular sessions with us.
When required for team development, after each team member have completed
their profiles, a group report can be provided, giving insights into team habits
and behaviours. A facilitation session(s) can then be held to improve team
effectiveness, resolve conflicts and focus on performance.
