Depart Johannesburg and head east to the spectacular, flourishing scenery of Mpumalanga. Pass through the village of Dullstroom. Lunch will be enjoyed en route (for own account). Continue to the northern Drakensberg and onto the Panorama Route. Stop to admire the views at God's Window, Pinnacle Rock and the impressive Lisbon Falls. Arrive at your hotel late afternoon. Overnight at Lone Creek River Lodge or similar. [Dinner]

After breakfast we make our way to Elephant Whispers, an elephant interaction venue that offers one a once in a lifetime opportunity to touch and connect with these intelligent creatures. Continue to a Cultural Village, a true feast for the senses. Delight in a lunch en route (for own account). Enter the world famous Kruger National Park, unrivalled in its diversity of flora, fauna and bird life. Enjoy a guided afternoon closed vehicle game drive, pursuing the Big Five and other rare and endangered species. Return to the lodge for dinner under the stars in the “boma” (weather permitting). Overnight at Protea Hotel Kruger Gate or similar. [Breakfast, Dinner]

e After breakfast, we will journey once again through the magnificent expanses of the Kruger National Park. Lunch will be enjoyed en route (for own account). Late afternoon open vehicle game drive traversing through the reserve and viewing an exhibition of more than 200 San rock paintings. Relish a dinner of Pan-African cuisine. Overnight at Bongani Mountain Lodge or similar. [Breakfast, Dinner]
An early breakfast will be followed by an open vehicle game drive. Enjoy the lovely views of the de Kaap Valley Mountains while tucking into lunch (own account). A scenic drive through Mpumalanga sees us back in Johannesburg, arriving late afternoon. [Breakfast]
