We know the demands and routines of the crew from the unpredictable nature of yachting itineraries to the never ending maintenance of the yacht exterior, tenders and toys. There is enough to do on a yacht besides having to polish the stainless every two weeks or polish the hull to remove exhaust every time the boat is used or apply wax every month (which never happens, since there is never enough time to do that in the first place). Crew need products that work fast, provide noticeable results, are easy to use and ultimately save time on maintenance so that they can focus on the more important parts of the job such as service to the owner and guests, operating the vessel and training.

Sea-Shield Products are now boosted with special Nanotechnology formulation that makes polymers last longer than any other product on the market. Polycharger acts like a special diesel additive thats put in the fuel tank of race boats to provide better engine performance. Polycharger improves the performance of sealers.
Why do Sea-Shield Products use Polycharger?Your sealer needs Polycharger because your boats gelcoat or paint needs better protection to withstand the elements. Better protection translates to less maintenance and longer lasting paint.
How Does Polycharger work?All modern boat waxes and sealers use polymer technology for better shine and protection. Even so-called pure Carnauba waxes contain polymers. Unfortunately, the polymers used in consumer boat waxes and sealers never get to do their full job. That’s because most of them fail in the transition from a liquid to a dry film.
1. Polymers are long molecules capable of interlinking to form a mesh of molecule strands. This interlocking capability, called cross-linking, is what gives polymers their terrific strength. Unfortunately, most boat waxes and sealers fail to cross-link when applied to the surface of your boat. We have the secret!2. Polycharger is a polymer booster and accelerant in one. The booster component adds two new space-age polymers designed for high temperature, high corrosive environments. When introduced to oxygen, the Polycharger accelerant hyper-activates polymers in their liquid state, forcing cross-linking to begin immediately.

Sea-Shield ®Nano Coating is the longest lasting protection you can apply to your yacht or boat on a variety of surfaces including but not limited to paint, stainless steel, vinyl cushions, rubber, gel coat and acrylic surfaces. This product takes minutes to apply to a clean and dry surface. Simply wipe on and buff out the excess.
Apply to a clean dry surface only. For best results apply to a properly prepared surface. This product is designed for hand application only using a microfiber sponge applicator. Mist the applicator (not the surface) with a single spray of Nano Coating . One spray is enough sealant to cover a surface area of 3 to 5 square feet. Apply a very thin coat to the entire surface rub in thoroughly until only a light film remains then wipe off all excess. Allow to dry 12 to 24 hours before getting wet. For additional protection apply Sea Shield Polymer Sealer after the Nano Coating is fully cured.
