Hotel Seerose is located within the historic town

of Lindau at Lake Constance. Lindau, in the very

south of Germany, near the borders of Austria

and Switzerland, is a Bavarian city with rich

history. Today, Lindau is famous for its annual

Nobel Laureate Meetings.

“Lovely hotel, central location, close to lake and old town.

Wonderful host who provided us with refreshment on arrival

which we drank in the garden, he also recommended an

excellent restaurant where we sat outside and enjoyed our

meal.” Tripadvisor July 23, 2014

Lindau's harbour was

built in 1856, when

Bavaria was a

kingdom, with its

characteristic

landmarks, the lion

sculpture and

Bavaria's only

lighthouse (did you

think Bavaria, known

for its mountains, has

a lighthouse?).

Hotel Seerose has been built on top of

the ancient city wall of Lindau. Within a

minute, you can reach the historic old

town with its market place.
