As we approach the end of another year, we'd like to thank all of you who visited our hotels; wonderful experiences combined with the exceptional weather this summer made for a truly great year. This year saw the arrival of new General Manager JJ Pollak to The Spread Eagle. JJ was formerly Front Office Manager at Bailiffscourt and has already made his mark with his friendly and welcoming presence. It's exciting to see young and dynamic individuals develop their careers within our small group of hotels and spas. Ockenden Manor Spa goes from strength to strength. Our programme of exclusive well-being' retreats including Yoga, Pilates and Nordic Walking has proved extremely popular this year and will continue into 2015. Bailiffscourt received an extra splash of colour this year when two beautiful new Peahens took up residence in the grounds and as part of our continued commitment to guest satisfaction, a full programme of bathroom refurbishments at all three hotels will be ongoing into 2015. We have some magical events planned, including opera nights, and some very special guests to look forward to over the next few months. Look out for our "book evenings' featuring Sussex-based authors, including the wonderfully witty and ever-popular Peter James.
