a) You have submitted your petition under the Quebec experience program (de experience Quebecois).b) Under the Regular Skilled worker scheme for a selection certificate with your application you have attached a valid employment offer.c) It has been notified by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) that your submission for Permanent Residency (PR) is under process.d) You are a Quebec impermanent resident, and eligible to present your petition for a Certificate de selection du Quebec.
