The Zoom Camera Technology’s WRc defect coding for manholes and pipes provides AM an alternative tool for structural condition rating of the system where historic CCTV records did not exist.

The Zoom Camera program was therefore also turned to focus not only on the identification of O & M issues, but also on CPI management issues.
