THEY MOVED BECAUSE THEY NEEDED NEW LAND. They needed new land to grow crops. They moved in mid 1800.

When they where on the Oregon Trail, they saw Chimney Rock Nebraska, Independence Rock, Wyoming Rock , Castle Rock Oregon, Courthouse Rock and Jail Rock.

On the Oregon Trail people got hurt by guns misfired, fell from wagons and children were crushed by wagons wheels. Sometimes they got hurt going through the mountins.

They were not in war because the Native Americans were nice.
