The design proposal for the

Clifton Court site comprises 8 new

2-bed bungalows.

The proposed new terrace

occupies the footprint of the

previous building, set well back

from Beaumont Road towards the

eastern boundary, and extends

northwards into the narrowing

neck of the site, thus presenting a

longer but lower elevation to the

road than the previous Clifton

Court.

The south west corner of the site

is retained as grassed open
