The Bungalows at NorthWest Crossing will be the product of a team of professionals, designed by Adam Peterson of Muddy River Design, built by Greg Welch Construction and exclusively represented by The Skjersaa Group of Duke Warner Realty. Product: The Bungalows at NorthWest Crossing will feature 24 condominiums, including eighteen 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units ranging from 1070sf to 1300sf and six 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom units from 460sf to 629sf. Approximately 2 units will be detached with the balance of the development in two and three-unit clusters. Each cluster of units will be phased in over time, using the proceeds from prior sales to help fund subsequent construction. The architectural designs were recently awarded 1st Place for Conceptual Design under 2500sf by the American Institute of Building Design.
