Who is MotiveQuest? We are a research company that explores social media conversations (Blogs, Forums, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) in order to answer business questions. Things like: - What unmet needs exist in my category? - How should I position my brand? - What should my social media strategy be? - How much impact are my actions having on sales? We have been working in the social space since 2003, which makes us one of the old men of the category. What makes you different? We have three arrows in our quiver that are most unique:

Who do you work with, anybody I have heard of? We most often work with the Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Nike, Citi and Kraft. They use us in collaboration with other forms of research (dashboards, focus groups, ethnographies, etc.) to gather deeper understanding of consumer drivers.
