• Wakes you up every time as you need to walk with your mobile

inhand in order to stop alarm tone.

• You can set the walking difference ranging from 50m-150m,

depending upon how deep a sleeper you are.

• There is even an option of setting up reminders, in which there is

no need to walk in order to stop the tone.

• Wide range of tones to choose from, ranging from mild to creaky.

• There is an option of setting radio/smart tv channel as your tone

too.

Available alarms do not serve the purpose of waking us up :

-- Default feature of shutting off the alarm after 1 minute. .

-- Snooze feature fuels our sleep!

-- The button to shut the alarm tone is easily accessible, due to

which the person switches off the alarm with ease and keeps on

sleeping.

-- The current lifestyle is such that people have started working

late till night and have to wake up early in the morning. The

current alarms don’t satisfy their needs. Hence, Walk ‘n Wake!

-- Using Motion Sensor Tracking and GPS (Global Positional

System) , user can also keep track at the speed at which he

is walking.

-- Can know the distance he has walked as well the distance

left to be covered.

-- The app also covers the extra feature that the user can

always start the timer/accelerometer during his workout

sessions, can keep track of all his workout routine without

actually using the alarm feature.

-- The reminder can be stopped without the need of walking

up to the distance set.

IRRITATING!

The first thing that most of the people complain about is that

this app can be irritating, but we believe that this is not the

case. The sole purpose of this app is to wake up the people.

We know, in some situations how important it is to wake up

at time, and when we are not able to do so, we have the

feeling of guilt and agony of missing the valuable time.

The following case studies will reflect the importance of this

app. This app has a immense potential to be a huge hit, if

properly launched.

CAUTION! : This app is not for the people who set up

alarm (of early morning) just for the sake of it, without really

the need of it.

There was a boy named Amrit Gupta, who hailed from a small town but

came to New Delhi to study for IIT-JEE. He lived in a small hostel all alone,

and is worked very hard to qualify in the entrance examination for JEE. One

day before the exam, he woke up late till night to revise his subjects. Now,

he slept early in the morning at 5-6am. His exam was scheduled to be at

9am. Now, since he lived alone and he was a deep sleeper, no one was

there to wake him up. His alarm clock ranged, but unconsciously he

switched it off and continued sleeping. His missed the exam which could

have changed his life forever. That particular day, it was very important for

him to wake up. If he would have been using ‘Walk ‘n Wake’, his life might

have taken a turn in a right direction.

Name : Aditya Malhotra

Employee : Manager of a big MNC (like Samsung)

He’s a workaholic person who usually works late till night. His boss told him

one day that he’ll be having a meeting (video-conference) with a client in

Australia, that too early in the morning. He came home around 1am, and his

meeting was supposed to be at 10am Australian Standard Time, which

means 5.30am IST. Now, either he could have remained awake for 4.30

hours or could have slept. Second being the wise option which most of the

people will take, and will try to be fresh by the time of the meeting. He also

chose to sleep, but couldn’t manage to wake up at the time of the meeting.

His alarm in the phone kept beeping, and he just kept putting it on snooze

unconsciously. Again, this shows that how important it becomes to wake up

at proper time in some situations. Our app caters this need of the people. It

actually wakes them up when they want to.
