ThermaQ The System

o ThermaQ heating system is the most advanced far-infrared planar heating element made of insulated and flame-retardant base film applied with carbon heating element, thin-coated with active carbon, absorbent for contaminants and laminated with PET film after making electrodes with copper bus bar.

o Unlike a normal heater, the carbon heating element applied all over the film emits far infrared radiant heat good for the health uniformly so that you can feel warmth like sunlight.

o Since the exterior material for film heater is a special polyester fabrics with a special waterproofing treatment not to contact the air, it is a future-oriented heater for wall, ceiling or floor heating which can be used almost semi-permanently.

o The performance of heating system depends on dispersion technology of nano particles by adhesion and resistance of carbon particles, silver particles and others.

Q: What type of flooring can be installed over "Therma Q" ? Any type of floating floor can be installed over "ThermaQ" , including engineered hardwood, laminates, vinyl, tile and carpeting. Of the most common flooring types in use today, the only non-suitable type is nail-down hardwood flooring, due to the risk of nails penetrating the film's surface. Q: Can I use "ThermaQ" for heating my whole house, or should I just install it in areas that need extra heat ? The simple answer is both. "ThermaQ" is powerful enough to be used for whole home-heating and flexible enough to be installed in any area where supplemental heat is desired. Q: How powerful is "ThermaQ"? "ThermaQ" is the most powerful under floor heating system allowed at 220 watts per square meter. The more powerful the heater, the quicker the flooring warms and the less time the power needs to be supplied to the system. Q: How does "ThermaQ" compare to hydronic (water-based) radiant heating systems ? "ThermaQ" has no moving parts that require maintenance, no expensive boiler systems, and is much easier to install than hydronic systems, it also significantly reduces the number of hot and cold spots in the floor after installation. "ThermaQ" system also have a longer expected lifespan than most hydronic systems. Q: Is it possible to install "ThermaQ" anywhere other than the floor ? In addition to standard under-floor installations, "ThermaQ" can be installed under walls, above ceilings, and even inside poured concrete.

Q: Is "ThermaQ" safe ? "ThermaQ" is one of the safest overall heating systems due to its low maximum temperature output, there is no danger of burning yourself on any part of the system. Its design and installation method prevent most common electrical concerns, with an emphasis on maintaining steady heating with low amperage as well as its inherent moisture resistance.
