Entropy Knowledge Network: Who?
is a Consulting Society whose core strength is in developing Human Resource services in a pragmatic and results oriented way. The ENTROPY Team provides a wide range of Human Resource services that facilitate organizational development:
•Training (for managers and employees);
•Recruitment and development (e.g. assessment and development center);
•Organizational analysis and research (e.g. organizational climate and culture, leadership models);
•Technology Enhanced Learning methodology – Serious Game, Virtual World, Augmented Reality
Since 2008 joint European project (frame LLP) as strategic methodological partner ,thanks to a strong experience in the market about innovative and creative solutions and tools for learning.
Framework - T3 goals
Italy ranks 51st in the Network Readiness Index on the ability to exploit new technologies as a vehicle for economic and social development. NRI assess the extent to which a record number of 138 economies around the world leverage ICT advances for increased competitiveness and development.

The still limited introduction of these tools in enterprises comes in part from structural issues but it is also linked to a lack of decision makers update (HR and training manager).
This lack is not just about upgrade knowledge about IT solutions applied to learning path and new methodology…
sometimes it is much more a cultural resistance

Meaning of TELTechnical point of view: TEL are a group of technologies as Serious games, Augmented Reality, Robotics, 3D communication, Virtual Environment, etc. useful to support learning process.
Methodological point of view: TEL means a new frame to develop effective learning path consistent with the needs and features of the current society and labour market.
Innovate the tools means innovate didactical and methodological framework, according to a new language: Do you speak technology?
