1. The process of application for borrowers card is time consuming

2. Requirements are requested repeatedly3. Difficulty of data retrieval from the

borrowers Log book.

1. Shorten the time consumed in applying borrowers card

2. Eliminate the repeated request of requirements

3. Create database for all of the student who avail borrowers card

ready to be printed4. No further requirements are needed aside

from receipt and the registered COR for the data needed will be gathered from the database of the registrar.
