Serbia has a relatively high rate of mobile phone penetration. Although it still lags behind European averages it compares favorably to neighboring countries according to the ITU. As 3G and newer technologies grow in use and sophistication mobile phones represent an increasingly important platform for Serbian media outlets to understand and utilize.

Participants at the IREX workshop worked in groups to discuss international trends in Web site designs and styles.

Participants discuss rebranding a radio station’s image so that it communicates the right message online, as well as on the air.

The radio stations’ representatives conduct a SWOT analysis to assess their stations’ strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
