Utilities Water

Water for both domestic and fire use is drawn from abutting Martin St.

An 8” PVC line ties into the building for domestic use

A 12” PVC line ties into the building for fire with 6” lines feeding each hydrant

Sewer Wastewater is drained from the site through 8”

PVC pipes utilizing gravity

Electrical Electrical connection to existing line on Littleton Road 4-5” PVC conduits carried in a 2’ duct bank to a transformer on

N.E. corner of site Secondary lines connect to mechanical rooms of each building

Telecommunications Lines connect to utility pole on Martin St. 6-4” conduits carried in a 2’-6” duct bank to each building

Gas A 4” PVC runs to each building from a connection on Martin St.
