4. Service Components

All R&R service components have passed the most rigorous NEBS Level 3 certification and each has guaranteed 99.999% availability or higher.

Your production system does not have any single point of failure. From power, to cabling, to servers, to line boards – every system component has resource duplication.

R&R signs SLA guaranteeing service availability and reaction times. 5. Service security

R&R employs two IP security engineers and pays top attention to the security of the network perimeter and all sensitive communications. All User interactions with the system are reliably encrypted and all system activity is logged per User. R&R implemented internal DDOS mitigation system and is also subscriber to DDOS mitigation offered by Telia. 6. Service Term and Payment Terms

Initial 2 months of service are offered on a month-to-month basis. Service term is 12 months with automatic 12 months prolongation. Billing cycle is a calendar month. Payments are expected within 5 days after invoice receipt. Installation charges are due with signed Master Service Agreement. Installation cost includes allocation of IP address range, creating partition in Oracle DB and full system training. 7. Customer training & support

R&R provides free training sessions to all of your employees. We also provide printed documentation and on-line videos that explain step by step carrier management procedures. 8. Service Delivery

R&R guarantees new system to be ready in 72 hours. Clients are able to remotely manage Carrier Platform via secure connection. Service is available 24/7. Each Client receives up to 6 IP addresses for SIP and H.323 traffic processing. Management Interface allows creation, configuration and modifications to VoIP end-points; routing table management, call billing and traffic statistics analysis.
