› CCE does not support multiple O365 tenants› Users cannot be mixed between MS and Local

PSTN access› Support for dedicated Hyper-V server only› Consultative transfers are not supported› Escalation from PSTN call to conference is not

possible› CCE and On-premises servers cannot co-exist
