• Compliance and accountability – Each step of our release process is captured/documented with approvals– Ensures people know the state of each release and for compliance review
Adam’s Key QuickBase Tips
• Challenge: How do I get people to use my QuickBase?– Accept that no one cares about your QuickBase as much as you! – Accountability: build processes into your QuickBase that others are accountable for.– Link your stakeholders to the “one” program/release QuickBase and use it to run
meetings…the more exposure the better!– Talk to your users! Let them help you make your QuickBase more useful. It’ll
simultaneously train them AND help make your QuickBase more useful for your constituents!
• Challenge: I feel like my QuickBase is never complete.– Welcome change! Your QuickBase can go broad and deep in all directions.– You’ll need to hone it over time as the landscape changes. This is the huge benefit of
QB!
