QuickBase Tabs At the top of your page, you should see a banner of different tabs. These will direct you to different information areas.

Volunteers

The Volunteers tab provides general information about frontline volunteers.

1. Click on the ‘Volunteers’ tab

2. Under ‘Search these volunteers,’ type in the name of your frontline volunteer

3. Click on the eye icon next to the volunteer

4. This will bring you to the volunteer’s profile page We are currently updating the profile view for coordinators, and will give you editing instructions when ready.

Crews

The Crews tab provides general information about your crew.

1. Click on the ‘Crews’ tab

2. Under ‘Search these crews,’ type in the name of your crew

3. Click on the eye icon next to the crew

4. You are now on your crew page

Crew Information

5. Review the crew information, and send the Volunteer Manager any updates required

Crew information that can be updated includes:

• Crew Name • Minimum Age • Average Required

Volunteer Commitment

• Description • Shift Information

Certification Requirements

6. Review the information under ‘Certification Requirements,’ and send the Volunteer Manager any updates required.

Certification requirements include:

• Safe Food Handling • ProServe Training • Police Check

• Drivers License • Business Hours

Confirmation Summary

7. Review the information under ‘Confirmation Summary,’ and send the Volunteer Manager any updates required.

Confirmation summary items include:

• Desired Crew Size • Volunteer Count

Event Crews

The Event Crews tab provides the 2016 volunteer crew listing, and allows you to do a ‘crew export.’ You can also confirm volunteers here.

Crew Export

1. Click on the ‘ Event Crews’ tab

2. Under ‘Search these event crews,’ type in the name of your crew

3. Click on the eye icon next to the crew

4. You are now on your events crew page 5. Scroll down to ‘Event Volunteers’ and click on ‘Full Report’

6. This will show you a full report of your crew

7. On the far right side, click on ‘More’

8. Click on ‘Save as spreadsheet’

9. This will save the full crew list to a .csv file to your downloads section of your computer

Volunteer Confirmations

1. Click on the ‘ Event Crews’ tab

2. Under ‘Search these event crews,’ type in the name of your crew

3. Click on the eye icon next to the crew

4. You are now on your events crew page 5. Scroll down to ‘Event Volunteers’ and click on ‘Full Report’

6. This will show you a full report of your crew 7. To change the confirmation status of a volunteer, click on the

pencil icon next to their name

8. At the top right of the profile page, click on the ‘Confirmation Status’ section and choose the status.

9. Click on the ‘Save’ button

You have successfully updated the status of a volunteer!

Event Volunteers

Under the ‘Event Volunteers’ tab, you can search for a volunteer and change their confirmation status

1. Click on the ‘ Event Volunteers’ tab

2. Under ‘Search these event volunteers,’ type in the name of the volunteer

3. Click on the pencil icon next to the volunteer’s name

4. At the top right of the profile page, click on the ‘Confirmation Status’ section and choose the status.

5. Click on the ‘Save’ button

You have successfully confirmed the volunteer!
