The SMART GEIGER is a very small size gamma radiation sensor module for smart phone user. Using the semiconductor sensor and optimized electronic circuit technology, it is possible to create the ultra low power gamma radiation sensing device which is operated by only a MIC Bias Voltage of general smart phone. Also its operating circuit is no need the external battery or sound power. So user can hear the detection sound, "..Tic..Tic" during the radiation measurement. The operating App for smart geiger can be down loaded in Google PLAY store. The main principle of gamma radiation measurement is the high precision fast signal converting technology. Generally the gamma radiation is a pulsed signal, so if the gamma radiation would be detected by semiconductor sensor, it could be converted to pulsed sound signal by detection and amplifier circuit and it counted by smart phone App program. The counting number per time is strongly related with radiation dose, and so on.
