Optical gimbals

At Mobile Systems Research Labs two types of specially designed optical gimbals for UAVs were developed – SGO-Z and SGO-B

SGO-Z gimbal consists of:

optical camera with 36x zoomthermal cameralaser range distance findertactical lighting

SGO-B gimbal is designed to fit small UAVs with frontal assembly. The main functionality of this gimbal is its exchangeability – it allows to use the best camera for current conditions and request. SGO-B can have one of the following:

optical camera with 2x zoomoptical camera with 10x zoomthermal camerapicture camera

SGO-B weights 0,8 kg and moves vertically from -45 to +45 degrees and it rotates from -90 to +90 degrees.
