• Because what we do can be complicated, the onboarding process and continuous education processes are difficult.

• Sales Reps in different states that need remote training.

Old Process for training

Create PowerPoint presentations, send them to Sales Reps, then call them and walk them through training; or do an online meeting and show the presentation.Then track training completion on an Excel spreadsheet.
