1. Extension Configuration

1.1 General configuration

- Enable: Enable or disable extension

- Who can ask question: Require customer login to ask question or not

- Who can answer question: Require customer login to answer question or not

- Automatic approval of questions: Auto approve question when customer add a question

- Rating: Enable rating function on frontend

- Who can rate question: Require customer login to rate question or not

- Customer can set question visibility: Allow customer can set visibility when they ask

question, visibility will be private for public

1.2 Question email

- Enable: Enable function send email

- Send email notification to admin: Send email to admin when customer ask and answer a

question

- Send email for admin to address: Email address of admin to receive notification

- Email sender: Set email sender for email notification

- Question email template for admin: Choose email template send to admin when customer

add question

- Answer email template for admin: Choose email template send to admin when customer add

question

- Email template for question: Choose email template send to customer when approved a

question

- Email template for answer: Choose email template send to customer when admin approved an

answer.

1.3 FAQs page

- Title: Title of FAQs page

- Url key: Url of FAQs page

- Add FAQs link to top link: Add link to FAQs page to top link of magento

- Meta Keywords: Add keywords for FAQs page

- Meta Description: Add meta description for FAQs page

- Number of question per page: Set number of question on each page of topic

- Enable accordion: Enable or disable accordion on list topic

- Sort by: Choose sort question type

1.4 FAQs block

- Enable: Enable or disable FAQs block

- Block title: Title of FAQs block

- Number of Topic: Number of topic will show on FQAs block

1.5 reCAPTCHA

- Enable: Enable or disable captcha on add question and answer form

- Public key: You can get this key from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin

- Private key: You can get this key from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin

- reCaptcha theme: Choose theme of reCaptcha

- reCaptcha language: Choose language for captcha

2. How to add question

2.1 Add question on frontend

- On product detail page, click Add Question button

- On the form, enter Name, Email, Content of question

- Enter captcha if it have

- Press Send Question to add question

2.2 Add question on backend

- In admin, go to Mage Solution -> Product Questions -> Manage Questions

- Click Add Question button to create question

- Choose Product to make question for product or just leave it if you want make a general

question

- Enter customer name, customer email

- Choose topic, status and visibility

- Press Save Question to add question

3. How to mass approve question - To approve many questions, on manage questions page, choose all question you want approve

- Then choose action is Change Status

- Choose status is Approved

- Press Submit to approve question

4. Manage answers - To manage answers of a question, go to Admin -> Mage Solution -> Product Questions ->

Manage Questions

- Choose question you want edit

- On Manage Answer tab, you will see list of answer on this question

- Click to answer you want edit, a popup will be show and you can edit answer here.

5. How to add topic - To add topic go to Admin -> Mage Solution -> Product Questions -> Manage Topics

- Press Add Topic

- Enter title

- Enter identifier, this use url of topic page

- Choose show on FAQs block page or not

- Choose enable and press Save Topic to save

6. How to assign question to topic - Go to Admin -> Mage Solution -> Product Questions -> Manage Topics, choose topic you want

edit

- On Assign Question tab, click Search to find question

- Tick to question you want assign to this topic then press Save And Continue edit to save topic
