I will gather valuable information on the conventions of music magazines in this stage.

Allows me to fully outline the direction of my magazine.

The gathering of images for the cover page, double page spread and contents page – will be a variety of medium and long shots.

The construction of my magazine on Photoshop will lead to the final product being produced.

This section allows me to evaluate the effectiveness of my magazine in relation to consumers.

Logo• This is a crucial feature of my magazine it will be the face of the product and therefore should be recognised by

all consumers. It should reflect the topic of the magazine and stand out from the rest of the cover page.

Simple, bold and eye-catching.

Font is clear and large in size – clearly

with convention.

Main Photoshoot

Selection of shots from my photoshoot

• I’ve chosen to use a variety of long shots. This is because the impression of the artist I want to give is a ‘authoritative’ and ‘independent’ female which is done through the positioning of the model.

• I also took a variety of medium shots. These did not have the same effect and I felt that it represented the female artist as an object rather than an inspiring idol.
