Magento Color Picker for Custom Options Installation/Configuration Guide
Installation
1. Back up your store database and web directory. 2. Go to System → Magento Connect → Magento Connect Manager in the admin
panel. Log in to Magento Connect Manager with administrator credentials. 3. On Magento connect Manager section under “Direct package file upload”, browse for
archive file and hit “Upload”.
4. Return to website back end, log out and then log in again.

5. Flush Magento Cache under System → Configuration → Cache Management 6. Congratulations! You are now ready to use Color Picker for Custom Options extension.
Configuration
1. Module global configurations are located under System → Configuration → Orange35 → Color Picker Options.
2. After making the changes to Width/Height fields, make sure to press Flush Images Cache! button so the system generates new thumbnails with appropriate sizes.
3. On the product edit page, select Custom Options tab. Create custom options of the preferred type: Drop Down, Radio Buttons, Checkbox, Multiple Select. Check off the “Is Colorpicker” checkbox. You are now able to add images or colors to option values.

5. Make sure to hit “Upload Image” button when the file is selected. 4. After you’re done with configuring options and values, make sure to save the product by
hitting “Save” or “Save and Continue Edit” at the top of the page. 5. Once all is done, the product detail page should look similar to what’s shown on the
image below:

Resolving common issues 1. If after installing Color Picker extension, you see a ‘404 not found’ message under
System → Configuration, make sure to log out of the website back end and then log in again and see if that resolves the issue.
Uninstallation
1. Go to System → Magento Connect → Magento Connect Manager in the admin panel. Log in to Magento Connect Manager with administrator credentials.
2. On Magento connect Manager section under “Manage Existing Extensions” find the extension you want to delete. Select the “Uninstall” action in the dropdown and click “Commit Changes”
