Highest Quality, Best Accuracy

The laser cutting process uses a strong

focused laser beam, produced by a laser

diode. The high energetic laser beam heats

the surface of the material and melts

rapidly a capillary in the material. As a

result, the cut quality and speed are very

high compared with other cutting

technologies.

Fiber Laser Cutting

Fiber Lasers deliver energy through an integrated flexible optical fiber and

have a monolithic, solid state, fiber-to-fiber design that does not require

expensive mirrors to align, maintain or replace.

• Three times more efficient than CO2

lasers.

• Produces virtually dross-free cuts on MS up

to 3/4”, SS up to 1/2”, AL up to 3/8”.

• Precision cutting and marking quality.

• Cost effective

• High speed cutting on the MetalMaster Xcel

and MPC2000 cutting machines.

Plasma/Fiber Laser Combination Cutting

Plasma and fiber laser

combination cutting allows parts

to be processed with either

plasma or fiber laser or both.

When combination cutting the

same piece part, productivity

will increase by allowing critical

internal features to be cut with the

fiber laser and external features to

be cut with the plasma torch

without moving the part to another

piece of equipment. Internal features cut

Vertical Laser Cutting

Using laser technologies for vertical

cutting, our laser machines can provide

the flexibility you need.

With laser we can recommend a variety of tools; such as the CO2-Laser and the

Fiber Laser. Depending on material, thickness, cut quality, and cutting speed, we

can offer you the appropriate laser solutions to fit your needs.

Bevel Cutting Laser

Bevel cutting requires an exact

knowledge of the laser machine and

the cutting processes. Corners, lead-ins

and lead-outs have to be cut with

special sequences.

Bevel cutting also places high demand

on the programming of the cut parts.

Special auxiliary functions are

needed to set the parameters for laser

bevel cutting.
