KSB – Becker Innovation ‚SEWASYSTEM‘

The SEWASYSTEM is an international patent dry-well installation system with bulk material separation and conveying.

Description:In the plant, the bulk material is separated from the raw sewage water. The pre-cleaned water is stored in a vessel, who is gas proof and water tighten and is connected with external placed pumps.When the system starts, the bulk material is conveyed to the sewage water pressure pipe. Obstructions are reliably prevented by flushing the plant with the remaining pre-cleaned sewage water after the transport of the bulk material.The formation of floating sludge is considerably reduced as fat and other small scum.The bulk material contained in the sewage water is not cut up, but conveyed with care, even without touching the pumps!

Results of the SEWASYSTEM:•This system guarantees a longer operating time of the pumps.•The pre-cleaned medium convey resulted in smaller pumps and with smaller free passage (higher efficiency)!•The costs of energy per m3 of sewage water is dramatically lower.•The plants are composed in modules and all parts are easy accessible. The pumps are installed in dry cellars, making the plant accessible for single person maintenance and control; lower maintenance cost, hygienic and less corrosion.
