● Regularly apply software and security updates to library staff computers.● Install / uninstall / troubleshoot software on your staff computer or laptop.● Provide Remote Desktop access to your computer.● Create and unlock Library Domain user accounts and reset passwords.● Setup self install permissions on your Library staff computer.● Equipment bookings, laptop and projector setup for meetings.● Computer moves; to a new location, repositioned on your desk, cable
