How it works ?

iEmpPower can be accessed from any PC with internet connectivity through a web-page URL. On the welcome page, the employees will login with their employee id and password. They will get links to maintain their own personal data, clock in and out information, leave data, apply for leaves, view pay slips, etc. There is also workflow integrated which will send a mail to the employee’s manager when he/she requests for leave. Once the manager approves, the leave data will be updated directly into SAP system in real time.

Benefits and Payments

Employees can have easy access to their respective Pay slips, required legal forms and statutory reports, as well as other benefits according to the policies of the company.PAN Detail capturing, correction and display can also be achieved through our portal.

Working Time

In any organization the working time of an employee is an important business

factor.

IempPower allows the employee to easily categories various areas of his work

and accurately record time against each project he has worked on a daily basis.

Different views (Weekly/Daily) are also provided for the same. Other features

such as time statement, clock in – clock out corrections, Leave overview, are part

of the same.

Work Flow

Our portal also supports many workflow enabled functionality. One

such key functionality is the Leave application and Approval involving

both employee and manager. Address updates, Bank Information

updates and PAN corrections are other workflow enabled scenarios.

On Behalf Of

A manager can update his reporting employee’s details, all personal, time and leave

requests on behalf of them in case of absences or failure to update independently.

Additionally in case of Managers absence the other managers of the company can

take up the tasks and complete the same.

Travel Management System

Employee will be allowed to apply for local / outstation travel requisition along with segments, accommodation and vehicle requisition where they have an option to raise requisition for accommodation or vehicle individually in group or for a guest.

The requisition by employee will be sent to HOD/supervisor as per the reporting structure, where HOD/ supervisor will approve or reject any segments or whole trip requisition with comments.

After the approval by HOD/supervisor the requisition is sent to Travel desk.

If HOD/supervisor rejects the requisition then it will be sent to traveler as rejected and traveler can raise new requisition.

Employee can apply for claims from iEmpPower login and he can only apply for claims for the trips which have status as booked, the claim is followed by a trip feedback from the traveler.

Claims data will be sent to SAP after submission

Training and Event Management

Trainings will be created in SAP by Training Coordinator and list of trainings will be sent to iEmpPower.

Employee will be allowed to Book/Cancel trainings.

The Request by employee will be sent to HOD/supervisor as per the reporting structure, where HOD/ supervisor will approve or reject book/cancel request.

After the approval by HOD/supervisor the request is sent to Training Coordinator.

If HOD/supervisor rejects the request then it will be sent to Employee as rejected and Employee can raise new request.

After the approval by HOD/supervisor the request is sent to Training Coordinator, Training Coordinator will confirm/reject the booking; this will be sent to SAP.

Performance Management System

Employee will be able to download the appraisal form and fill the same for the goals and objectives set for his role and employee uploads the appraisal form which will be submitted for supervisor’s approval.

Supervisor will get the appraisal for where he will be able to download the employee’s appraisal form and supervisor comments and write his review and submits for next level by uploading or should be able revert the same to employee for modifications.
