The GoalBuild a new website for geindustrial.com, which would become the model for building all GE websites.
The Challenges§ Build a flexible platform which could accommodate all
of GE’s digital properties.
§ Create a content management workflow that fit seamlessly into GE’s internal workflow process.
§ Create a common look and feel across all GE properties.
§ Deliver an exceptional mobile experience.
The Result• A visually engaging, mobile-‐friendly design, built on a
robust platform that enables one code base to run dozens, even hundreds of websites. Manageable framework, improved efficiencies, and reduced costs.
• FFW continues to work with GE and to date, has helped create 30+ websites across products and regions.
The GoalBuild a newer, faster and more efficient website, accessible across multiple mobile platforms that provides a comforting experience for site visitors.
The Challenges§ Maintain high speed and availability during high loads, while
also providing accessibility to older browsers and multiple mobile platforms.
§ Integration with the Raisers Edge CRM.
§ Configuration of Drupal’s roles and permissions to align with the Memorial’s business workflow and optimize site security through access control to read and write privileges.
§ Develop an easy-‐to-‐use administrative control panel for updating web content and to manage donations, memberships, and merchandise orders.
The Result• The site was launched on September 11, 2011 welcoming
over one million visitors. The site easily handled the traffic spike and launched 9/11 Memorial’s fundraising efforts to quickly exceed their goal. FFW continues work with 9/11 to improve user experience and conversion.

The GoalTo create an intranet solution that improved two-‐way communication and collaboration between Verizon and it’s employees and partners.

The Result• Greatly improved editorial workflow, user engagement and
two-‐way communication. Verizon’s portal has been through several iterations. Each delivered ahead of schedule.
