Need of Orientation or Training Programs of electronic resources

infrastructure facility should be arrangement.
2. Library professional should indulge themselves in advancement marketing and training features of subscribed e-resources.
3. To keep the impetus of e-resources usage, the library professionals should keep an eye on its usage statistics as well as deliberation should also be given to the
hassles of the patrons refer to the electronic information resources subscription.
Faculty members and students are being the mediator of education domain has to manipulate with the newer information coming out at an enormous speed and format; for the same electronic information resources are authenticating as a new advantage for data, information, knowledge and the investigation. The study has go forward the information seeking behavior in the digitized atmosphere of the faculty members and students in Great lakes institute of management; it has been trending from print media towards an electronic media. Awareness, knowledge level, frequency, preference, location, purpose, type of resources, format of information, searching and retrieval and last but not the least periodic training and promotion of electronic information resources is gaining its momentum in the business education domain. Though governing bodies like AICTE or UGC made it mandatory to subscribe electronic resources to the colleges and universities; its proper utilization and the feel of return on asset is still questionable up to and unless periodic training and promotion of electronic information resources is been done or get it done by the library professional
