    • basic(ICT literacy),
    • advanced(those that give autonomy, selfconfidence and increase creativity) and
    • specific(those that are related to specific roles: schools' leaderships, administration, ICT schools' coordinationships... )

    • pedagogical skills in order to embed the ICT in the classes:
