Hera Signage Server Admin Panel

1) Dashboard Menu a) Status :

Activated Players : Players which communicated with server at least one time from date of registration. Activation Pending Players : Players not communicated with server from date of registration. Online Players : Players are currently communicating with server (Communication Frequency : 1 Minute). Offline Players : Players are currently not communicating with server (More than a minute) b) Graph :

Player Monthly Status : List of player which is online per month Player Weekly Status : List of player which is online per week

c) Player Location Map : It shows player location using google map.

2) Library Menu:

Upload Media, Ticker BG: 1.) Click Upload Media 2.) Click Add Files

3.) Select files to upload

4.) Files will be added in the upload file list. Click Start Upload button.

5.) Upload Processing...

6.) Wait for files to upload in server. Once it shows 100% completed in all files then click Done button.

New URL ( Provide any web URL ex: http://yahoo.com )

1.) Text Name of the Media 2.) Text the website URL you need to display in Player 3.) Text the Duration in Seconds ( Time duration to display the url in player )

4.) Click Save/Update.

3) Player Menu:

New Group: ( Grouping the Players)

1.) Text the Group Name

2.) Text Group description. New Player:

1.) Text Player Name

2.) Serial Key - 16 digit Key Provided by admin on Purchasing of player 3.) Choose the Player Location

4.) Choose the Channel going to assign for the player. 5.) Choose the Group.

4) Reports:

Simple Report: 1) Select Start date and End date . 2) Select the Player 3) Choose the Report type “Simple Report”

Extended Report: 1) Select Start date and End date . 2) Select the Player 3) Choose the Report type “Extended Report”

5) Channel Menu :

Using Channel you can create schedule (start time and end time for the media content) & Ticker (Scrolling text) 1) Click New Channel

1. Channel Name : Name of the channel 2. Layout Orientation ( Landscape, Portrait ) for Schedule Layout Portrait Orientation will be updated soon. 3. Channel Description: Description for channel In Channel List

Edit Schedule : Edit the schedule List Edit Ticker : Edit the ticker list Publish Channel : Current changes ( in schedule and ticker) are published to player which is linked to this channel. Schedule List Page :

List of schedules for a channel Create a new schedule

1.) Click New Schedule button in toolbar in Schedule list.

New Schedule without recursive option

New Schedule with recursive ( Repeat this schedule until specified date time) 2. When you create new schedule it take you to layout design page. Layout Design Page :

Single region is automatically when new schedule is created. You can create additional 4 regions based on your requirement. If u want create new region in this layout click the add new region button

Add Media: To Add new media click the + plus icon

Delete the region click X icon

To View the particular region playlist

When layout design are done click publish this update...
