The technology behind

The characteristics

Energy supply by using geothermal energy without gas and oil resources

Building insulation due to   concrete core conditioning system   pumice stone

Alternative climate regulation by using adjustable openings in the buildings' frontage

Geothermal energy enables both, heating and cooling

Climate control due to temperature and humidity sensors

The functional principle of geothermal energy

1. Warm ground water Ground water with a temperature of 7-10°C is taken out of a depth of 30 metres under the earths’ surface and led to the hydro-extractor. 2. Hydro-extractor The centrifuge extracts the heat of the ground water, concentrates it and leads it into the heating circle of the building. With now 23°C it can be used for both heating and air-conditioning. 3. Cold ground water The cold ground water is led back under the surface where it will be heated up again for the circulating process.
