Introduction
Reuse is an option to recycling because it extends the lifespan
of a device. Devices still need eventual recycling, but by allowing
others to purchase used electronics, recycling can be postponed
and value gained from device use
Focusing
We identified the problem stems from the
problems of e-waste. we worked hard and
study it to get a good solution for it . After
hard work from research and
development department and all
employees on Spear ink company we
finally got the solution which lead us to
reduce co2 on the air and we can also
able to recycle this waste . this problem is
ink and toner cartridge .
The Problem -It takes about a gallon of oil to make a
new laser cartridge.
-- In one year, the world produce about
hundred millions of cartridge.
-Every remanufactured laser cartridge
saves nearly 2.5 pounds of metal &
plastic waste from being deposited in
landfills.
-components made of industrial grade
plastics will take over a thousand years to
decompose.
The calculation of the carbon footprint
is performed by first identifying and
mapping out
the inputs of each life cycle stage.
Conversion factors for each input are
applied to
convert material use and energy / fuel
consumption into carbon dioxide or
carbon
dioxide equivalent emissions.
Components of the carbon footprint are
calculated for
each stage of the life cycle shown in
figure 1
Carbon foot print .
If 1 million cartridges going to the landfills it mean
• 300 ton plastic
•50 ton aluminum - 50 ton of toner powder
•100 ton rubber & metals -90 ton polyurethane & metals
Challenges
Legislation/regulations
Illegal porkers

Conventional
methods of collection
The Solutions IS Spear Ink •High tech machines
•Treatment coating
• High quantity
Recycled products
• Collection boxes
Our Vision
The green economy We searched in our life about the problems that we are facing recently and
we found that there are two issues facing our planet last time
( climate change & financial crises ) and our solution helping
the saving issue +GHG emission
so that’s our greet that our business helping in reduce the effect of these
problems
Refilling machines
It make us helping to improve the quality,
raise profits and make print cartridges
recycling a competitive green industry with a
real impact on our environment.

remanufactured cartridges
These types of cartridges are to a greater or
lesser extent produced from old printer
cartridge parts that have been reused or
repaired. All parts are examined, washed and
tested individually to meet or exceed the quality
standards set up by the OEM cartridge
manufacturer. Key parts affecting quality and
performance of the printer cartridge are replaced
with new components while the cartridge case
and non-wearing components are kept.
It’s better to re-use parts of old printer cartridges
than to create new waste that ends up in landfills
or incinerators. Less waste and energy are used
in the manufacturing of these cartridges
compared with recycled cartridges thus making
them a better purchase.
