1. What is the public URL of the web site/application under test?

2. Which types of web servers and database servers operate the web site/application?

3. Which development tools were used for developing the web site/application?

B. CLIENTS & SCENARIOS

4. Which types of desktop and mobile clients will request that URL?

5. Can MS-IE browser access the web site/application under test?

6. Is that web site/application designed for clients other than MS-IE browser? Specify.

7. How many users are expected to concurrently access it (running at the same time)?

8. What are the common operations that users are expected to perform at that web site?

9. How many scenarios need to be tested under load? Specify the scenarios.

10. Has extensive functional testing successfully passed for the above specified scenarios?

C. PROTOCOLS & SERVICES

11. Does the client communicate with the server by GET/POST methods of HTTP protocol?

12. Does the server communicate with the client by sending HTTP responses?

13. Is the connection between the client and the server secured by HTTPS protocol?

19. Specify the entrance criteria to the load test? (initial database, load generation hardware)

20. Specify the exit criteria from the load test? (Average response time, throughput, etc.)
