expertise which are currently not available to you in-house, we provide the necessary resources.

With an abundance of incredible talent in Ukraine, our dedicated teams based in Lviv and Uzhgorod are the backbone of the technology side of our business.

With over 50 staff including full stack developers, UI/UX specialists and an expanding Virtual/Augmented Reality department we’re perfectly placed to deliver a huge variety of mobile app and web projects.

We do not outsource to an online marketplace. This is our dedicated team, who develop every one of our mobile app and bespoke website products.

Pricing As part of our commitment to building exceptional strategic partnerships throughout the UK, our fees reflect the financial benefit of having a dedicated European development team. The average cost per hour for a developer in our Ukrainian team is in excess of 50% lower than that of a UK based equivalent - allowing you to still achieve great margins for the time you invest on the project(s)

Support & Risk Partnering with us for your client(s) digital projects provides a much lower level of risk than traditional outsourcing. Our team in Ukraine are dedicated resources which have secondary Project Management and Testing staff to ensure everything remains on schedule. These team members also offer a clear and effective method of communication back to you and/or our Project & Product Mangers here in the UK.

In short: The benefit of nearshore development prices, but only ever dealing with UK based Project Managers when communicating anything about your client project(s)

1. Consultation

Just as you would with your clients, we have an informal chat either by email or on Skype, to discuss the project as an overview. During this process, both sides can find out if the project fits, as well as asking each other any additional questions that can help with estimations and timeline during the next stage.

2. Estimation & Timeline

With details of project requirements and the areas we’re required to work on, a more detailed technical specification and estimation can be written. This also allows us to generation a full timeline and project proposal for you to pass on to your client for approval.

3. Engagement

If your client is happy with the specification, timeline and cost (including your margins of course!), we move onto engagement.A simple working agreement covering the parts of the project contracted to us, including a clear strategy for client communication and timeline progression (i.e. whether we are in contact with the client directly or not)

4. Project Planning & Execution

Planning and supreme organisation are key to a successful project lifecycle. We live by the saying “measure twice, cut once”. Only when planning is complete do we allow any of our UI/UX or Development team members loose on the projects - which means we can always stick to the client/partner agency approved timeline.

5. Launch

Once the project has progressed along the timeline and the client has approved the final beta version, we help you launch the product(s) onto the web or App Store/Google Play. From here we can also discuss and plan any Stage 2/ongoing support and updates for the client’s product(s)

PROJECT MANAGEMENTFor all our development projects we use online, cloud based project

management software to monitor Features, Timelines, GANTT charts, QA, Bug Fixing and more.

The software we used is generally based on either client/partner preference, or more often, project type and size:

We are as fully transparent and integrated as our partners require of us; from giving daily/weekly updates via a simple email, to fully immersing individuals/

clients into the team with their own account on the above software.
