• You should establish a credit account with Fleet

• Fleet will act as they payer for the shipment being booked

• Once Fleet is confirmed as the payer to your company, we will set the status for your company as accepting payment on Fleet

This status is visible to the customer when he/she views your quote (this screen is customer’s view)

You’ve quoted and the customer has accepted your quote, now you are at Step 3: Booking

These 3 tabs are all active, you can view them any time:• Original request: the original information

of the quote request. The blue bar under Original Request indicates you are currently in this tab

• Booking: there are 3 actions need to be completed under Booking, more information in next slides

• Documentation: You and your customer can upload and share the shipment documents here

Navigate your processOnce the customer accepted your quote, the shipment will appear under this section.

Under Booking, you are now finalizing booking details with your customer

You can review the booking details here (scroll down on your screen for a complete view)

News feed: where you see all the notifications

Choose Edit to update the booking details

You can chat with the customer: ask question, clarify information, update, etc.

Remember to click “Save and agree” if you choose Edit to update the booking details

Choose “I approve these details” if everything looks good to you.

Once your freight forwarder also agrees with the details, both of you will move to the next step.

On your screen, scroll down to view all the details and to see the orange button to approve.

Choose “Edit” if you want to update the charges

After you and your forwarder agree on booking details, you now need to finalize charges.

Review all the charges here

Remember to click “Save and agree” if you choose Edit to update the booking details

Click “I approve these charges” if the charges look good to you.

Once the customer also approves the charges, you can move to the next step.

After you and the customer approve the charges, you will be waiting for the shipper to make payment.

You will see this notification once payment is made.You can start moving the shipment.

Click this button to update the shipment status on Fleet to “Freight in transit” once you received it.

Click this button to update the shipment status on Fleet to “Delivered” once you deliver it.

Once the shipment is confirmed delivered by the customer, you will receive the payment from Fleet.
