What is Fixed Wing Aircraft? :-
It is a type of aircraft. A machine that can fly, but heavier than air. Every
aircraft is having wings which is used to increase the airspeed of the
machine. In the case of fixed wing aircraft, as name defines the wings are
non-movable. That is why it is called as Fixed Wing Aircraft. The aircraft

COMBAT Fixed Wing Aircrafts:-
These are special type of military aircrafts which are designed to blast enemy equipment. Previously the
use of aviation technology was limited in warfare only up to gather and send information and to drop
some lightweight weapons. In World War I, Dutch army developed a fighter plane along with the gun
equipment and it was the major utilization of combat power in war. Due to the major inventions in this field
after World War II the use of air power become more systematic and streamlined. Since then Combat

Fighter Aircrafts:-
This aircraft is majorly used during the air-to-air battel and weaponized with
various types of guns, rockets, cannons and missiles as well. Aircraft is
majorly used to capture or control or destroy the airspace of enemy.
A certain speed, momentum and position is needed to launch the weapons
successfully from a fighter aircraft. So to target the opponent, pilot should
have to perfectly keep position of aircraft with certain required angle to get
the positional advantage.
Electronic Warfare Aircrafts:-
It is very useful electronic technology based aircraft which is majorly used
to hack or misinform the data transmitted by enemy’s intelligence.
Electronic Warfare Aircraft is used to disturb the electronic message
transmission system set up by enemy.
So the transmitted message can be hacked or changes from air-to-air. For
example, EW Aircraft can totally shut down the aircraft’s radio transmission
so enemy intelligence can’t communicate the other aircrafts during air-to-air
battel.
Maritine Patrol Aircrafts:-
This type of aircraft is majorly developed to keep the observation on
seashore activities and are loaded with weapons as well. Martine Patrol
Aircraft can also be used to search and rescue operations of missing ships
and civilians as well. The major role of these aircrafts is to keep the seashore
shipping lane active and secure for travelling and commerce.
Marine patrolling has become faster after invention of drone technology.
MPA should have ability to fly for long time and to cover maximum distance
quickly.

NON-COMBAT Fixed Wing Aircrafts:-
Non-Combat aircrafts are majorly used to provide any kind of support for military and defense operations.
The major support activities would be emergency shifting, shipment, transportation, aerial refueling and
collecting the information. As Non-Combat fixed wing aircraft dose not actively participate in the war still

Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircrafts are majorly loaded
with various radar functions which are used to provide the information of
battlefield to other fighting aircrafts. Major functionality of AEW&C is to
generate the situational awareness and to provide the actual battlefield
information to fighter aircrafts. This information helps fighter aircrafts to
decide war strategy.
With the help of Airborne Early Warning & Control aircrafts fighter
aircrafts can work without using radar by depending on the information
provided by AEW&C.
Trainer Aircraft:-
As the name defines itself, these aircrafts are used actually on battlefields
but used for training practices. The military training is always proved in
various steps and phases. The use of trainer aircraft also depends from
phase to phase. These aircrafts are majorly manufactured for inflight
training so they are having more than one sitting configurations.
