OVERVIEW English Anytime is a new feature of the core Wall Street Institute product. It is the same proven English On-Line content but accessible over the Internet. This solution provides access to the latest advantages of on-line learning and incorporates the best education through the use of technology. English Anytime capitalizes on the features of the WSI method—self-study and immediate feedback on knowledge acquisition—developing stronger language Students who become even more self-motivated to succeed. Walk through each of the Steps identified in the Checklist below to begin using English Anytime.

CHECKLIST

Use the following Checklist to walk through the Steps necessary to access and begin using English Anytime.

� Step 1 – Minimum System Requirements Verify that your computer meets the minimum system requirements.

� Step 2 – Username and Password

Verify that you have a Username and Password.

� Step 3 – Go to Wall Street Institute On-Line Access English Anytime through www.wsistudents.com.

� Step 4 – Login to Wall Street Institute On-Line

Login to Wall Street Institute Student Portal using your Username and Password.

� Step 5 – Student Homepage

Select the ‘English Anytime’ link to access your Student Homepage.

� Step 6 – Automatic System Check Select ‘System Check’ to ensure your computer has the required software.

� Step 7 – English Anytime Course

Select ’My Course’ to begin your Wall Street Institute coursework.

� Step 8 – Start the Lesson Move steadily through each lesson activity.

� Step 9 – Complete the Study Session

Select ‘Quit’ to end the English Anytime session.

ACCESS ENGLISH ANYTIME STEP 1 - Minimum System Requirements

STEP 2 – Username and Password � Verify that you have a Username and Password.

When you enrolled in English Anytime, the Wall Street Institute Center provided you with a Username (or Login) and a Password to access the system.

What is your USERNAME (login)?

What is your PASSWORD?

These will also give you access to The Vill@ge, another on-line benefit.

STEP 3 – Go to Wall Street Institute On-Line

� Access English Anytime through Wall Street Institute On-Line - www.wsistudents.com by completing the following steps:

1. Access Microsoft Internet Explorer by selecting the icon on your desktop screen.

2. Type the URL address for the Wall Street Institute Student portal.

http://www.wsistudents.com

3. Press Enter on your keyboard. The Wall Street Institute login bubble screen will appear.

STEP 4 – Login to Wall Street Institute On-Line

� Login to the Wall Street Institute Student Portal using your Username and Password.

Enter your ‘username’ and ‘password’, then, select ‘login’ to enter the portal.

STEP 5 – Student Homepage

� Select either of the ‘English Anytime’ links to access your Student Homepage.

STEP 6 – Automatic System Check

� A System Check will automatically occur at this time. If installations or updates of your software plug-ins are needed on your system you will see this window.

Follow the instructions on this window to install or update the software plug-in(s) on your system. After an update or installation takes place your browser may be closed automatically. Please log in again. If all plug-ins are installed, the system check will not appear and you will proceed to the Student Homepage.

STEP 7 – English Anytime Course

� Select ’My Course’ to begin your Wall Street Institute coursework.

STEP 8 – Start the Lesson

� Move steadily through each lesson activity to learn the English vocabulary and structures presented.

Sample Lesson Screen: Select the various options on the lesson toolbar to navigate.

STEP 9 – Complete the Study Session

� Complete an entire Section of the English Anytime course.

� Select ‘Continue’ to enable the new activity to appear on your screen.

� Select ‘Quit’.

� Select ‘Quit’ again to end the English Anytime session.

You will return to the main Student Homepage of the English Anytime course. Sample Screen after ‘Quit’ has been selected once:

Caution:

You can ‘Quit’ at any time: in the middle of a lesson activity or at the end of an exercise. However, here are two important things to remember:

1. If you have not finished the entire Section and you select ‘Quit’, your

work WILL NOT be saved and you will have to repeat your work. 2. To save your work, you should complete the entire Section, select

‘Continue’, enabling the new activity to appear on your screen, and then select ‘Quit’.

The next time you begin your coursework (either from the Center or remotely), you can move on to the next Lesson.

Note:

If you change study locations (from Home to Center), be sure to begin a new Section if you do not wish to repeat any of the Section you have just completed. When switching locations, the system only saves your work at a Section level.
