Questions

• How do I enable Facebook Page support?– If you are an administrator of a Facebook Page,

you should see your Page listed within the ‘My Docs’ view

• What types of Facebook Pages are supported?– All Facebook Pages, except those associated with a

Facebook application • This is due to a Facebook technical limitation

CREATING A DOC BY A FACEBOOK PAGE

Modify the author from ‘You’ to your Facebook Page

‘Add a Doc’

Author Content, Save & Finish Editing

‘Use Facebook Page’ to change the author

Select Facebook Page and press ‘OK’

This will make the Facebook Page the author of the documentThis action cannot be reversed

Set Permissions & Share

All other Page Admins automatically have read/write permissions You may invite ‘everyone’ to view your Doc and post the doc to your Facebook Page

Grant Permission

You must grant Docs.com permission to access and post content to your Facebook pages

Doc is posted to your Facebook Page!

My Docs now shows docs ‘owned by me’ in addition to docs owned by your ‘Facebook Pages’You can toggle between Facebook Pages to see their Docs

Managing an individual Page’s Docs

For every Facebook Page, you will see all docs created by you and the other page admins. You may view and edit all docs owned by your Facebook page.

Note URL at the bottom – every Facebook Page also has a short URL for their shared docs folder. View http://docs.com/@fuselabs.
