Advertisement costs are covered by the Realtor®.

Your home will also be listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which is accessed by over 750 agents with potential qualified buyers.

At the owner’s request, each of my homes will have the opportunity to have a multi-view virtual tour of the house posted online. Keep in mind, this marketing technique is best used when there is an extraordinary lake view or room that really catches the potential buyer’s eye. If used when not necessary, this technique can keep potential buyers from coming to see and feel your home’s charm in person by ruling it out before hand.

We Report to YOU!

Each listing will be traced on-line to see how many people have visited each room.

I send ALL of my clients MONTHLY updates with detailed website viewing information, as well as copies of all printed advertisements completed. I will also be in touch on a regular basis through personal emails and phone calls to keep you updated on all important information.

Our VML (view my listings) is an email based system that automatically updates you in regards to every piece of work that is done on your property. From the sign going into the ground to the packages being made and mailed out, to the phone calls that come in and even the post viewing surveys we ask the showing agents to fill out. I enter it into VML and you have access to your property information through a secured password enabled website.

What Sells a House?

Price Pricing a property

correctly is very important when finding a buyer quickly, and still obtaining the best value for your property.

Location Location, Location,

Location… When pricing a home this is the most important factor. Even if your home is nicer than a home located in a different area, yours may not have the same value. Taking this into account is crucial when pricing your home.

Condition Curb appeal and the

interior condition of your home are very important in selling the property. While your home is on the market it is crucial that the home is well maintained in order to get the best price.
