SituationWith the government announced nationwide lockdown in place to control the transmission of Covid-19, the client - a leading player in the Oil and Gas distribution sector - had to enable remote access for all the employees swiftly.
ChallengeThe customer had a combination of On-Prem and SaaS solutions and only certain approval workflows of the SAAS application were needed to be accessed in a secure and authenticated manner. Additionally, access from home computers of several users was required to be allowed in a secure manner.
