A Payroll System That Performs!CCIS Payroll calculates payroll deductions, prints payroll checks, state reports, federal reports, 941 W-2’s and 1099- MISC forms. It can handle hourly, salary or 1099 employees with different pay frequencies (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly or monthly).

You can maintain payroll records for up to 999 clients. You can accrue vacation and sick hours, reimburse an employee for out-of-pocket expenses, calculate deferred compensation and you can also maintain a history fi le for each employee.

CCIS Payroll handles cafeteria plans, 401(k), 403(b), S.I.M.P.L.E and SARSEP deferred compensation, and Fringe benefi ts easily. CCIS Payroll is a true multi-state program, capable of processing and consolidating three states per client fi le. Each employee can operate in two of those states simultaneously.
