Single Core Flexible Cables

We supply Industrial Cables manufactured by R R Kabel that are made from 9.97% bright-annealed, bare copper conductors of the highest purity. Insulated with a special grade PVC compound that is formulated and manufactured based on R R Kabel expertise that insulates the cables from water, oil, grease, acids. etc and dissuade tampering to a certain extent.

These single core flexible cables are often used in the wiring of control panels and electrical and mechanical installations. They are often found used in housing projects for their multi-strand flexibility.

Voltage grade 650/1100 Volts (Uo/U) provided with ISI marking IS:1554 (Pt-1), with or without HR/FRLS properties. 

Conforming to standard specifications like IS 1554 (Pt.1), IEC 502, BS 6436/87.

Configuration: Single core upto 1000 sq mm. Multi-core upto 400 sq mm x 3½ cores.

Insulation: PVC. Fully color coded cores. Core identification by printed numerals/letters also available on request.

Screen-Screening by copper braid or aluminium mylar tape or aluminium wire for reinforced armour types.

Drain Wire: Drain wire of solid/stranded, bare/tinned copper wire normally provided.

Mechanical Protection: Galvanized steel wire or strip or double helical steel tape armour.

Inner and Outer Sheath: PVC black/grey.
